- Is it allowed to ask for reviews?
- Yes. Asking customers for honest reviews is fine. Offering rewards for reviews, or only asking happy customers through a filter, is against Google’s rules, so the kit doesn’t do either.

- Yes. If you don’t have one yet, start with Google Business Profile Setup.
